The Passion is a Dutch passion play, held every Maundy Thursday since 2011 in a different city each year. The event is broadcast live on Dutch television serving over 2 million viewers.

Light Image has been responsible for lighting design for all The Passion shows since the first edition in 2011: From the cut-scenes recorded all around the city, to the final impressive liveshow.

Lighting is precisely designed, timed and set to match the lighting conditions during the live event.
